Join us at one of our VITFIT Group Training Sessions, we’ll show you how to train effectively with Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Sandbags, Resistance bands and your own bodyweight as well. Each workout is a mix of physical activities like HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training), Sprint training, Bodyweight training, Running, Fun Challenges and Team Building activities. Each session is scaled to cater for all fitness levels
We have developed a structured training program based on effective large group training principles inspired by the military but with added fun aspects and much safer way to deliver it. Each workout is done in outdoors, in a local public park near you (see more info on this page regarding our locations).
